Canon EOS R7, R10, RF-S 18-45mm & 18-150mm Lenses Coming on May 24, 2022

The Canon EOS R7, EOS R10, RF-S 18-45mm IS & 18-150mm Lenses have been added to Canon’s latest product list. The official announcement will be on May 24, 2022.

The Canon EOS R10 will become the entry-level RF Mount camera with APS-C image sensors. This camera will be the successor to the Canon EOS M6 Mark II which was recently discontinued by Canon.

DJI unveils its new Mini 3 Pro drone with 4K/60 video, 48MP stills, obstacle avoidance sensors and more.

The Mini 3 Pro is available to pre-order starting today in various configurations. If you already have a DJI RC-N1 controller from a previous drone, you can purchase the Mini 3 Pro as a standalone unit for $669. If you need the basic remote control, you can purchase the Mini 3 Pro with an RC-N1 for $759. If you’d like the DJI Mini 3 Pro with the new DJI RC Pro, which has a built-in 5.5″ touchscreen, you can purchase the pair as a kit for $909.

Leica M11 Sensor Review and Test Results (100 Points)

DxOMark completed their full in-depth review for 60MP BSI sensor inside the Leica M11 camera. According to their sensor review and test results; the Leica M11 achieved an excellent overall DxOMark sensor score of 100 points, with a combination of 26.3 bits color depth, 14.8 EV dynamic range, and 3376 ISO low-light score.

With an overall sensor score of 100, Leica M11 is a state-of-the-art high pixel count full-frame 35mm format sensor.  This is also 4 points higher than the Leica Q2  at 96 points, the last best performing Leica sensor they tested. Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 Lens Coming in late 2022

Here is a good news on the Tamron side. Thirds party lens manufacturer is planning to unveil a Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 Lens by the end of 2022.

The lens will be available for Sony E-mount and use VXD drive to achieve faster AF speed and accuracy. Tamron has received high praise with the introduction of the version II standard zoom lens 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 Lens (Model A063). Since the 28-75mm F2.8 has been remodeled to G2, it seems natural that the 17-28mm F2.8 will also be remodeled to G2.

Tamron has already released the 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 Lens, and it is natural to update the 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III RXD lens.
