Fujifilm GFX 100 Medium Format Camera : What We Know So Far

Fuji is about to announce a new medium format mirrorless camera called the Fujifilm GFX 100. Here is a recap of the Fujifilm GFX 100 camera.

The flagship GFX 100 medium format camera will sport a 100 megapixel sensor and IBIS. The camera will record 10 bit 4K up to 30p and the price of the new camera will be around $10,000.

NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/4 Lens Coming in 2020 to 2021

First rumors about the NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/4 Lens have been leaked online. According to recent reports this is one of the upcoming TBA lenses in the Nikon Z mount lens roadmap.

The Nikon NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/4 lens will be cheaper and lighter than NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 S lens. Release date for this lens is in 2020 to 2021.

Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L USM Lens to be Announced in May, 2019

The Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L USM lens is rumored to be announced in May 2019. This will be the non-DS version of the two rumored 85mm mirrorless lenses.

The lens is already in development, as Canon rumored to announce two more mirrorless lenses in RF-series by the end of 2019 to early 2020.

EOS R is the first camera to feature the RF lens mount with a 12-pin connection, flange back distance of 20mm and a wide 54mm mount diameter enabling even greater flexibility in lens design.

Nikon Z6 & Z7 Firmware Release Date on May 16th (Eye AF, CFexpress Support, Raw Video)

Nikon Europe said on Youtube that the firmware updates for Nikon Z6 & Z7 will be released on May 16th, 2019.

This new firmware update will add Eye-detection AF, CFexpress support and Raw video over HDMI to the Z6 and Z7, and also AF and AE improvements for Z6 & Z7.

Nikon Rumored to Purchase the new Sony 60MP sensor (IMX455)

Nikon is rumored to purchase the new Sony 60MP sensor called the IMX455. The Sony IMX455AQR sensor features 60MP, 8k video, and offers native 64 ISO.

As you might remember Sony will allegedly announce two new sensors. One of them will be capable of 60 megapixel stills, 16 channels, and 8K video recording. The other one is 36MP BSI stacked sensor which will probably be used on the Sony A9 II.

New Canon 32.5MP APS-C Sensor Coming in 2019

A brand new Canon 32.5MP APS-C sensor coming in 2019. Possible candidates for the new Canon 32.5MP APS-C sensor is the EOS M5 Mark II mirrorless as well as DSLR cameras suchs as EOS 7D Mark III or EOS 90D.
