Fujifilm has issued an official statement regarding the overheating problem of Fujifilm X100V. They say:
When the X100V is used in a continuous manner (such as with continuous video shooting) or when used in a high temperature environment or direct sun light, a user may feel the grip become noticeably hot, due to heat generation within the camera’s electric circuit board and battery.
If you get the overheating warning please contact your local Fujifilm support and ask for a fix.

The new firmware version 1.1.0 for the Canon EOS M6 Mark II mirrorless camera is now available for download. This Canon EOS M6 Mark II Firmware Version 1.1.0 has added the option to capture movies in the frame rate of 23.98p.
Firmware Version 1.1.0 incorporates the following enhancement and fixes:
1. The option to capture movies in the frame rate of 23.98p has been added.
2. Fixes the phenomenon where the focus position of the lens returns to the home position if the camera powers off due to the “Auto Power Off” setting during Interval Timing shooting.
3. Fixes the phenomenon in which, in rare cases, the camera may not autofocus at the edges of the image area.

Fujifilm X-T40 to be announced in early 2021. According to recent reports the mid-range APS-c mirrorless camera is scheduled to arrive in 2021.
The camera will feature the same sensor as seen on the Fuji X-T4 and the major core specification of the shooter will remain the same. Fuji added the IBIS in the X-T4 but we don’t expect IBIS to be in the X-T40 for marketing purposes.

Fujifilm X-T3 firmware updated to version 3.21, X-T30 to version 1.20 and the wide-angle zoom XF 16-80mm f/4 lens to V1.0.3.
