Canon has announced its first product for virtual reality capture: the RF 5.2mm f/2.8 L Dual Fisheye Lens. The new lens brings stereoscopic 3D virtual reality (VR) capture to the EOS R5 as part of the EOS VR System, which includes a future firmware update for the R5 camera.

The Canon EOS R3 also allows the user multiple ways of controlling AF using Eye Control AF, Smart Controller with home position and the classic multi-controller. Additionally, the Canon EOS R3’s 5-axis IBIS will work in combination with the Optical Image Stabilization found in many Canon RF lenses producing a total of up to 8-stops of shake correction. So, emphasizing speed, performance, and reliability, the Canon EOS R3 is designed to satisfy the most demanding expectations in a camera.
