It is now confirmed that the Canon PowerShot G5 X Mark II camera will be officially announced in the next 30 days, to replace the current PowerShot G5 X model.
As you might remember, the Japan-based company officially unveiled the PowerShot G1 X Mark III camera ($1,299 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama). This is the flagship model comes with 24.2MP APS-C CMOS Sensor and DSLR-like autofocus. The list includes Canon EOS M5 Mark II, EOS M100 Mark II, PowerShot G3 X Mark II and G7 X Mark III. Also the upcoming mid-range APS-C DSLR camera will not be the rumored EOS 7D Mark III, instead it could be EOS 80D replacement – the so called EOS 90D.
