Actually the official announcement is expected to bring 8 new Canon RF lenses. 3 of the lenses could be the development announcement for 2019 such as RF 90mm f/2.8L Macro and RF 16-35mm f/2.8L.

The official announcement of the Canon EOS RP will be held on February 14, 2019. The company will also announce 8 new RF lenses. The upcoming Canon EOS RP will be a new entry level full-frame mirrorless camera. It is rumored to be priced at $1599 USD and will have only one card slot. The official announcement of the EOS RP will be on February 14, 2019.
Canon would follow up the EOS R with a lower-end model. According to recent reports, the EOS RP will be cheaper and shoot 4K video from a 26MP sensor. There’s a new ability to change autofocus points during video capture using a dedicated joystick control, and a new maximum frame rate of 120 fps for Full HD or HD capture. You can shoot 4K video (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) at 24, 25 or 30 frames per second, and Full HD or HD (1,280 x 720 pixels) at 24, 25, 30, 50, 60 or 120 frames per second.
