More Details About Sony A7 IV Specs

Here are more details about the Sony A7 IV specs list. The highly-anticipated Sony a7 IV is said to arrive in Q2 of 2021 and expected to feature 30MP sensor and 4K video recording upto 60frames per second.

So Sony will drop the 24MP sensor and upgrade to 30MP with mproved EVF.  The price of the Sony A7 IV is rumored to be at around 2499$.

Rumors: Sony a7S III Firmware Ver. 2.0 will Get QFHD/120p 12Bit RAW Output via HDMI

According to latest reports, a new firmware version 2.0 for Sony a7S III is rumored to coming in September 2021 ahead of IBC 2021. This new firmware will make Sony a7S III get QFHD/120p 12Bit RAW Output via HDMI.

Sony A7s III is a native 4K camera with impressive video specs and a revised user interface. It can capture UHD 4K footage at up to 120p in 10-bit 4:2:2 encoding and promises 16-bit Raw video output. 4K video recording is possible at 120fps (up to 30min), 4K 60fps (up to 60min), and FullHD video at 240fps. The camera can record 4K video at 10-bit 4:2:2 internally, has up to 600mbps recording, and supports dual SD UHS-II or new CFexpress Type-A cards.

Previously rumored Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM and Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM will likely be announced in the next couple of weeks.

Both lenses are in the leaked Canon RF Mount Lens Roadmap for 2021.

  • Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM
    External zoom, extremely small size. I’m told it’s about the size of a coke can.
  • Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM
    This lens will be better optically and in build quality than the EF version.

First Rumored Fujifilm X-T40 Specs

Here are the first rumored Fujifilm X-T40 specs. According to recent reports the mid-range APS-c mirrorless camera is scheduled to arrive in 2021.

From the leaked Fujifilm X-T40 specs we can say that the X-series camera will feature the same 26MP sensor and not IBIS as expected. This looks like a minor update.

Fujifilm X-E4 Coming in the First Quarter of 2021

Finally, good news for Fuji rangefinder camera lovers. According to recent rumors, the Fujifilm X-E4 will be announced in the first quarter of 2021.

In general, when we consider the big fairs that take place at the beginning of each year, we can think that the Fujifilm X-E4 announcement will be made in CES 2021 or CP + 2021. Rumors : Sony FE 16mm f/1.8 GM Lens to be Announced in Early 2021

According to latest rumors, Sony is rumored to announce a new FE 16mm f/1.8 GM lens in early 2021.

We expect this wide-angle prime lens to be announced at major fairs at the beginning of 2021, although the announcement date is not yet clear.

Sony FE 16mm f/1.8 GM lens will be fastest 16mm lens in the world. It will be “about the same size and build quality” as the FE 24mm f/1.4 GM lens, so expect a large, well-built lens with lots of glass and a hefty price tag.
