Canon will announce the RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM and RF 85mm f/1.2L USM DS lenses soon. Here are the first images and specs of these two upcoming Canon Rf lenses.

Canon will allegedly announce RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM and RF 85mm f/1.2L USM DS lenses soon. With the 70-200mm telephoto zoom the Canon RF lens holy trinity will be completed.
The “holy trinity” RF mount lenses consists of RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens, RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS and RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS.

Canon is working on a new RF 500mm f/4L IS USM lens, which will be the first super telephoto lens for the RF mount.
In addition, a new Canon RF 300mm f/2.8L IS USM lens is also in development. Canon tends to announce super telephoto lenses in pairs, so maybe we’ll see that Canon RF 500mm f/4L IS USM & RF 300mm f/2.8L IS USM lens will be announced together.

Here is the latest Canon RF mount lens roadmap for 2020 and 2021 that has been shown to selected photographers. Canon’s plan is to release between 6 to 8 new RF mount lenses in 2020.
Canon has already announced f/2.8 zoom lenses, so it is time for the company to release some cheap and light f/4 zoom lenses. Canon will also release at least one “crazy look-what-we-can-do” lens (like RF 50mm f/1.2 L USM) in 2020. There will also be at least one fast L prime and some non-L lenses in 2020. Along with the new Canon EOS RP (B&H, Adorama, Amazon.) full frame mirrorless camera, Canon also announced the development of six RF lenses: RF 85mm F1.2 L USM, RF 85mm F1.2 L USM DS, RF 24-70mm F2.8 L IS USM, RF 15-35mm F2.8 L IS USM, RF 70-200mm F2.8 L IS USM, RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM.

Here are the first leaked images and specifications of entry-level Canon EOS RP full frame mirrorless camera.
The official announcement will happen on February 14th.
