Fujifilm officially announced the new Fujifilm XF 50mm f/1 R WR Lens.  The X-Mount Fujinon XF 50mm f/1.0 R WR features weather-sealing and is designed to give beautiful bokeh.

The US price is $1,499.95 and it will be released on September 25, 2020. Now the new Fujifilm XF 50mm f/1 R WR Lens is available for pre-order at Amazon, B&H, Adorama.

The XF 50mm F1.0 has 12 elements in nine groups, and contains one aspherical element and two extra-low dispersion (ED) elements. It has a rounded diaphragm and its wide maximum aperture means that, paired with Fujifilm’s X-Pro3 and X-T4 cameras, users can autofocus at a luminance level of -7EV. Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Lens Announced, Price $1,199

Sigma has announced a brand new 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras, designed specifically for E-Mount and L-Mount cameras.

The lens features 15 elements, including one aspherical and five SLD (special low dispersion). It has 11 aperture blades and its focus unit is driven by a high-speed stepping motor. The minimum focus distance of the 85mm F1.4 is 0.85m (34″) and the maximum magnification is 0.12x.
