It is now confirmed that the Sony a7S III camera coming this Summer with a new image sensor and redesigned whole system.
dpreview has just posted a new interview with Sony Manager Kenji Tanaka. From this interview the most important part is that the long awaited Sony a7S II successor a7S III will be released later this Summer. Since Sony has already registered two new camera codes: WW271448 and WW850128, the WW271448 looks like to be the Sony a7S III. Official announcement will be in next months.
The interview also underlines that the a7S III will be a complete redesign of the whole system, including the image sensor. According to Mr. Kenji Tanaka the Sony a7S III will meet many professionals and high-end users’ demands and will enjoy the new camera.

Sony is rumored announce the Sony a5 – an entry level full frame mirrorless camera that will be priced under $1,000. If it turns out to be true, the Sony a5 will be a great competitor to the $899 Canon EOS RP.
After the Canon’s entry-level EOS RP and Nikon’s respons with the Z50, it seems likely that Sony will announce the Sony A5 full-frame mirrorless camera as an answer.
The compoany will make a major product announcement on June 26th. There are two new Sony camera codes got registered: WW119533 – WW271448. One of them is expected to be the highly-anticipated Sony A7s III model and the other one would be the Sony A5 entry-level full frame mirrorless camera.
