Canon released a new kit lens for the RF Mount. The Canon RF 24–105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM is a smaller, lighter, cheaper alternative to the current L lens – and it shoots macro.

Today the Nikon D6 DSLR camera (B&H Photo/Adorama/Amazon), Nikon unveiled the NIKKOR Z 20mm f/1.8 S and NIKKOR Z 24-200mm lenses with built-in stabilization.
Both Nikon Z-mount lenses are in the company’s roadmap. There will be a total of 23 Z-mount mirrorless lenses by 2021.
The US price for NIKKOR Z 20mm f/1.8 S lens is $1,049.95 at B&HPhoto/Adorama/Amazon., will be released in March, 2020. The US price NIKKOR Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 lens is $899.95 at B&HPhoto/Adorama/Amazon, will be released in April, 2020.

Olympus has announced the M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm f/4 PRO lens which is the world’s most compact and lightweight high-performance standard zoom lens fixed aperture.

This is one of the lenses of three that is announced in the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital Lens roadmap. The ultra-compact M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm F4.0 PRO lens has a filter size. The lens is remarkably compact; it’s 70mm (2.8″) long and weighs just 254 grams (9 ounces). It is also weather-sealed, to IPX1 standards.

Here is the price information of the upcoming OM-D E-M1 Mark III camera and M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm f/4 PRO lens.
According to the leaked Japanese prices the Olympus E-M1 Mark III body will cost $1,999 and the Olympus 12-45mm f/4 PRO lens price will stand at $699.

The company already has the 70-200mm glass for RF-mount. It is their first RF mount internal zoom lens: RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens (B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon). Canon has filed three new patents for RF mount superzoom lenses with f/2.8 bright aperture. The patent application describes the Canon RF 24-100mm f/2.8L, RF 24-300mm f/4-5.6 and 24-85mm f/2.8L lenses designed for the company’s full frame EOS R system.
The Canon RF 24-300mm f/4-5.6 lens will be a consumer oriented glass and the focal range is ideal for travel photography. Canon previously filed several RF superzoom lens patents. These lenses are the Canon RF 24-170mm f/4 Lens, Canon RF 28-135mm f/4 Lens, Canon RF 28-280mm f/2.8 Lens. Canon will also announce two inexpensive prime lenses for Canon EOS R and EOS RP full frame mirrorless cameras in 2020.
The first one is an RF f/2.8 Pancake lens, which is definitely in the works. This small and lightweight optic is expected to be announced sometime in the first half of 2020. Maybe it will have the same design as the current EF 40mm f/2.8 pancake lens.

Olympus filed a new patent for a wide angle zoom lens in Japan. The patent application describes a Olympus 8-24mm f/4 lens designed for Micro Four Thirds system mirrorless cameras.
Olympus 8-24mm f/4 will also be a pro-grade constant aperture lens for enthusiasts and professional photographers that need an ultra wide-angle zoom lens. It will be equivalent of 16-48mm in 35mm terms.
If becomes in mass production this Olympus 8-24mm f/4 lens would be an ideal choice for travel and landscape photography.
