Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens Announced for Sony E, Fuji X, and Canon EF-M

Venus Optics announced the Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye lens for Canon EF-M (EOS M), Sony E, Fuji X mounts.  The lens has a good price tag at $199.

Featuring a one-of-a-kind 210° field of view, Laowa 4mm f/2.8 fisheye lens can create a circular fisheye perspective on Micro Four Thirds (M43) cameras. Photographers can create a 360° full panorama image with a maximum of 2-3 shots. The lens  weigh only 4.8 oz (135 g) which makes it extremely portable and allows photographers to have creative shots anywhere, anytime. The lens can also be mounted on DJI Inspire X5 cameras for creating a unique perspective you have never seen before.

Rumored Canon EOS R Mark II Specs : 32MP, IBIS, 12fps, DIGIC X

Check out the rumored specs of rumored Canon EOS R Mark II. The full frame mirrorless camera is expected to feature 32MP full frame image sensor, IBIS, 12fps burst and diferent version of DIGIC X image processor.

The EOS R Mark II will be a fast camera and the DIGIC X image processor will be slightly different then the 1D X Mark III.

As previously noted Canon is working on to implement DUAL IS feature in next generation of professional mirrorless cameras including Canon EOS R Mark II. The Dual IS function will include Sensor shift Image stabilization (IBIS) as well as support for lens IS so they will work together in video and in still mode.

Olympus E-M1 III Camera to be Announced in Mid-February

Olympus will allegedly announce the Olympus E-M1 III camera in mid-February if everything goes on schedule.

Although the company has been silent at CES 2020, the major event of January, Olympus to announce a new product in mid-February, before the CP+ 2020. According to the latest rumors, it will be an MFT camera and will become the third model of the Olympus E-M1. Olympus has registered a new camera online under the code name IM021. Canon RF 70-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM Lens Coming in 2020

Latest rumors suggests that Canon will announce another telephoto zoom lens. The product would be the RF 70-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens and it will arrive sometime in 2020.

The RF-series lens was previously mentioned in a patent application. While the Canon RF 70-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens offers a wider range in focal length, it will be particularly well-suited for wildlife and bird photography. Canon released the new firmware update version 1.0.6 for Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens.

Fujifilm X100V  and Fujifilm X-T4 camers are rumored to be announced on February 4, 2020.

According to recent reports two new Fujifilm camera codes FF190004 and FF190005 now registered in China MIT.

  • FF190004 – Fujifilm X-T3 successor
  • FF190005 – Fujifilm X100V

The successor to the Fujifilm X100F (Amazon | B&H | Adorama) previously rumored for late 2019 launch but the premium compact shooter will arrive in 2020.

Nikon introduced the Nikon D780 full frame DSLR camera to its users. The Nikon D780 sample images took its place on the internet.

The Nikon D780 is a replacement for one of the most well-rounded DSLRs ever made: the D750 (see comparison). The Nikon D780 is a DSLR with a 24 Megapixel full-frame sensor, uncropped 4k video with autofocus, 7fps burst shooting through the optical viewfinder and a tilting touchscreen.
