Canon 63MP Full Frame Sensor with DPAF in Development (35MM63MXSCD)

According to recent reports Canon is developing a new 63MP full frame CMOS sensor with dual pixel AF. The code name for this Canon 63MP full frame sensor is “35MM63MXSCD“.

We already know that the company is working on a new high megapixel full frame EOS R body ($2,299 at AmazonB&HAdorama) . This new Canon full frame mirrorless camera to be announced in late 2019 to early 2020.

A big possibility is that the rumored Canon EOS R PRO camera will use this 63MP full frame sensor.
