Nikon D3500 and D5600 listed as discontinued

The  Nikon D3500 and D5600 DSLRs are officially listed as discontinued. Both entry-level Nikon DSLRs are listed as ‘Old Products’ on the Nikon Japan website, which traditionally hich historically is an indication that these models are already or will soon be discontinued.

Recent rumors indicate that Nikon plans to release two new DSLRs in 2021 along with several new F-mount lenses. The Nikon D3500 isn’t that old though, and it was a pretty minor refresh over the D3400. For this segment Nikon could wait and pass a year easily.

The Nikon D5600 is still available at Amazon | B&H . Read more Nikon Camera Rumors.
