According to recent reports the Nikon Z5, NIKKOR Z 24-50mm f/4-6.3 Lens, Z 1.4x Teleconverter, Z 2.0x Teleconverter will be officially announced next week on July 21.

- The Nikon Z5 will have the same EVF as the Nikon Z6

- Dual SD UHS-II memory card slots
- Magnesium alloy camera body
- 1.000 dots LCD screen resolution
- New battery: Nikon EN-EL15c
- USB-C camera powering, not just charging
- Same AF system as in the Nikon Z6
- Official announcement expected on July 21, 2020
- Shipping will start later this year
- The price is not confirmed yet, but it should be between the Z50 ($856.95) and the Z6 ($1,796.95)
In addition, Nikon is rumored to announce the NIKKOR Z 50mm f/1.2 S lens and NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S lens later this month, probably along with the Nikon Z5.
